O'Connell Street  is one of the busiest streets in Dublin.  This statue memorializes Daniel O'Connell, the first Catholic mayor of Dublin.

All doors in Dublin are not Georgian and they're not colorfully painted.  The door shown in the top left photograph is an entrance to an apartment building a few blocks west of O'Connell Street.

At  left, the River Liffey looking upstream.

Below left, is the view of Talbot Street that intersects with O'Connell Street a few blocks to the west.  Angie Dalton shot this picture with my camera around the same time she bumped into an unsuspecting elderly woman on a bicycle.  As they say in Dublin, "Sorry."
